Streetart: New Mural by Etam Cruin Rome // Italy (10 Pictures)

Die Herrschaften Sainer und Betz von der polnischen Etam Cru sind momentan in Rom, wo sie im Rahmen ihrer “Italy @ Varsi Gallery” Solo-Show, die am 30.10.2014 begonnen hat, ein riesiges Mural über ein achtstöckiges Hochhaus malten. Sie haben sich in der Farbwahl an die ursprüngliche Colorierung des Hauses gehalten, das Motiv selbst ist ein älterer, sehr schlanker Herr mit Pornobalken und Kaffeebecher, der aus einer Mülltonne herauszusteigen scheint. Ähnlichkeiten mit der Location und dem Land, in dem es angefertigt wurde, sind sicherlich nicht beabsichtigt und und bestimmt auch kein Statement zur italienischen Wirtchalftslage, oder so. Dope:

“Sainer & Bezt from Etam Cru are currently in Rome for the opening of their first solo show in Italy @ Varsi gallery on 30th of October. During their stay in the city, the Polish artistic duo created this large size mural on a 8 storey building. Painting with no background, using the building’s color and texture as a part of their work, the young artists created this neat image that blends with the surrounding.”
