Raphael Saadiq veröffentlicht fünftes Studioalbum “Jimmy Lee” // Full Streams

Ganz kurze Vorstellung von Herrn Charles Ray Wiggins aka Raphael Saadiq: er war einer der drei Tonys von Tony! Tone! Toné!, er hat für u.a. Solange Knowles produziert (“Cranes In The Sky”), aber auch für Rick Ross (“Apple Of My Eye”); eigentlich hat er überall seine DNA insidah. Und heute kommt sein inzwischen fünftes Soloalbum, hier ist “Jimmy Lee”, fünf Jahre nach dem Vorgänger “Stone Rollin’“. Es gibt 13 neue Tunes zu hören, die Singles “Glory To The Veins” und “Something Keeps Calling” habt Ihr vielleicht im Vorfelde schon gehört. Die Features komen von (Achtung!) Kendrick Lamar (“Rearview”), Ernest Turner, Rob Bacon, Daniel J. Watts und Reverend E. Baker. Ein Release, welches ich mir fett in den Kalender eingetragen habe – unser Mucke-Projekt des Tages:
