Xavier Omar & Sango zu Gast bei den Soulection Live Sessions // Videos
Ich hab’ gerade einmal meine Spotify-Bibliothek aufgeräumt, endlich auch die neue Kanye-Platte entfernt (kann sich doch kein Schwein anhören, diese anbiedernde Religionskacke) und bei der Gelegenheit die aktuelle Xavier Omar und Sango Pladde “Moments Spent Loving You” wieder nach vorne geholt. Ich hab’ mir nämlich den Auftritt der beiden bei den Soulection Live Sessions angesehen und habe festgestellt, dass das wirklich zwei total gute, herzliche, authentische Musiker sind, die das Alles machen, weil sie’s fühlen und nicht für den Fame oder noch schlimmer, unter einem gefährlichen, religiösen Deckmantel nur für sich selbst (mein Gott wie ich Kanye verachte, Ogottogott Heiligemuttergottes Jesus Gott Arschloch Drecksack Haltsmaul). By the time the calendar flips into a new year, one of my surprises from 2019 will definitely be Xavier Omar and Sango‘s Moments Spent Loving You. Nearly a month after its release, the duo heads over to the Soulection studio to speak on the album. In the 30-minute interview, Xavier and Sango speak on the process of making this album, their growth, and more including how Sango & Frank Ocean’s collaboration came about. In addition to the interview, Xavier Omar also gave a candid performance of one of my favorites tracks on the album, “Deep End.”
