Friday ist High-Day und für heute habe ich mir etwas ganz Besonderes in meinen Kalender eingetragen: den Release des neuen Stimulator Jones Beat-Albums „Low Budget Environments Striving For Perfection“, welches hier gerade schon laut im Hintergrund läuft, während ich alles parallel mache: Moregenroutine mit Meditation, Yoga, Atemübung, Bartpflege, Frühstück und dieses erste Posting des Tages.
