Nach ihrem gemeinsamen College-Abschluss begaben sich Grant Mallory und Maria Jacob auf einen Road Trip durch die USA. Besucht haben die beiden auf ihrer Reise unter anderem diverse National Parks wie den Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah, Badlands National Park in South Dakota und den Redwoods National Park in Kalifornien. Fotograf Grant Mallory dokumentierte den Trip mit seiner Kamera. Welche Rolle der LED Hula Hoop von Maria Jacob dabei spielte, lässt sich anhand der hier folgenden Aufnahmen herausfinden. Road tripped the USA with my camera, girlfriend and her LED Hula Hoop. Our goal from the beginning was to show the unique characteristics of each National Park but to add a modern twist to each landscape. This is the result. – Grant Mallory
