J. Cole dropt Überraschungs-Loosey “Heavens EP” // Video

New Cole Diggah!

“Some people say that I’m running third, they threw the bronze at me/Behind Drake and Dot, yeah, them n****s is superstars to me” heisst es da und ja, so macht man sich unangreifbar. Außerdem geht es um sein Privatleben, “I be keepin’ my kids away from the gaze of the public/’Cause these days, it feel like hate is they favorite subject” und auch hier rennt er offenen Türen ein. Hört die Nummer, guckt das Video – gerne!

“The track actually snatches the instrumental from Drake‘s Certified Lover Boy track, “Pipe Down.” Cole shared a visual for the track, which follows him during his travels to and in Las Vegas. It’s safe to say that this track will be much, much better received than its predecessor, as J. Cole opens up about his personal concerns about both his music and his legacy.”
