Auch beruflich darf sich die Dame auf besagtem Felde kreativ ausleben …unter anderem als Toy Designerin, Character Creator und Comic Artist. “I am a hopeless romantic that loves the planet, French bulldogs, watermelons, vampires and zombie hunters! I also paint big-eyed beauties surrounded by melting rainbows and lots of animals…” so die Künstlerin selbst über sich. In ihrem jüngsten Projekt illustriert Camilla d’Errico ihre favorisierten Characters aus Filmen, Serien oder Comics …als Bienen!
Camilla d’Errico is a Canadian urban temporary painter, toy designer, character creator and comic artist. She’s been interesting in art since she a young age, and her textbooks were full of cartoons, comics, manga and fantasy-like doodles. Her recent paintings of adorable bees that portray iconic cartoon and movie characters are exactly that. The artist turns our beloved heroes into manga-influenced flying creatures, and the results are speaking for themselves.
