Basketball: Carmelo Anthony – Playing For The City That Made Me // Parts 1-3 (Documentary)

In „Playing For The City That Made Me“ geht’s um die Liebe zu seiner Heimatstadt, denn usprünglich kommt Anthony aus Red Hook/Brooklyn.

Clips (Parts 1 – 3):

„Episode 1 of 3. Carmelo Anthony’s passion for playing in the city he loves is unmatched as a native New Yorker from Red Hook, Brooklyn. We hear in his own words what it means to play not just for the orange and blue, but the people of NY and the city that made him.“

„Carmelo Anthony thrives under the bright lights. When you play for NY, the city’s grittiness, authenticity, and even scrutiny serves as a daily motivation — and you can see it in the evolution of Melo’s game.“

„If you can make it in New York City, you can make it anywhere. The intensity of the fans must be embraced, and the electricity in the arena must be used to your advantage. For Carmelo Anthony, winning in NY means so much more.“
