„Sin City 10.8K“ – Astonishing Aerial Shots of Las Vegas by Vincent Laforet (12 Pictures)
Vor etwa einem Monat haben wir Euch an dieser Stelle, die maximal beeindruckenden Aerial-Aufnahmen „Gotham 7.5K“ des nächtlichen New York City präsentiert, welche der preisgekrönte Fotograf Vincent Laforet von einem Helikopter aus einfing. Nun hat der gebürtige Schweizer, der mittlerweile in New York und Los Angeles beheimatet ist, es wieder getan. Erneut wurde von dem 40-jährigen, zur Foto-Safari ein Helikopter gechartert. Die Aufnahmen der Serie „Sin City 10.8K“ zeigen wieder wahnsinnig fantastische Bilder, diesmal direkt aus dem schwarzen Nachthimmel über Las Vegas. Viel Spaß damit:
“The scary part was to open the door and slide out of the helicopter at 9,000 ft.,” says Vincent Laforet, the photographer and filmmaker behind a series of new dizzying and surreal images of Las Vegas shot at night called „Sin City 10.8K“. To shoot this series of never-before-seen images, Laforet had to get as far away and as high as possible – while taking into account that Las Vegas is already 2,000 ft. above sea level. But, the resulting images make the whole ordeal of shooting at such an altitude worth it.
