Das Künstler-Duo Expanded Eye, bestehend aus Jade Tomlinson and Kevin James ( Blog | facebook ) betätigt sich künstlerisch in einer breiten Range. Neben Illustrationen, Installationen und Streetart, zeichnet sich vor allem Herr James für hervorragend slicke Tattoo-Artworks verantwortlich. Wie wir auf WHUDAT bereits an anderer Stelle festgestellt haben, gibt es neben konventionellen Designs in Rosen, Anker oder Tribal-Optik eine ganze Menge äußerst ästhetischer Tintenkunst – so wie diese hier. Artists Jade Tomlinson and Kev James of Expanded Eye split their time between London and Thonon-les-Bains, France where they pursue a wide range of artistic endeavors including illustration, street art, and tattoos. Kev does the actual ink work while the duo collaborate for several days on the artwork that merges natural elements with typography and geometry using extremely delicate line work.

   Bin total beeindruckt, echt krass.
   Das mit dem Leuchtturm gefällt mir. Hätte auch gerne so
   eins mit einem Leuchtturm… find ich sehr geil!
