“More and more – less is a bore!” – tut mir leid, aber ich habe mich gerade verliebt: ein wirklich großartiges Portrait über die 91jährige Senior-Stilikone, Inneneinrichtungs-Designerin (ahnt ihre Crib!) und selbsternanntes “Geriatric Starlet” (= altersschwacher Superstar) Iris Apfel aus New York, die in den 40ern eigentlich als Werbetexterin anfing. Hört Euch an, was eine Lady vom Fach aus dem und über das Leben zu berichten hat. Wie man sich bei der Brille denken kann, hat sie selbstverständlich eine eigene Linie, seinerzeit kreiert für Eyevobs. Außerdem hat sie Accessoires für’s Home Shopping Network erarbeitet, darüberhinaus hat sie eine eigene Kosmetik-Linie und Jimmy Choo entwarf nur für sie die sogenannte “The Iris Sandal”. Das Interview in diesem Clip führ kein Geringerer als Ari Seth Cohen, dem gründer von Advanced Style, einem der größten Fashion- und Style-Blogs aus den Staaten. Die beiden zusammen in einem Clip – can’t get no better:
