Schöne Fotoserie von dem aus Florida kommenden Fotografen Brandon Kidwell mit dem Namen “Wisdom for my Children”, also Weisheiten für seine Kinder, die er eigenen Aussagen zufolge über die Jahre in regelmäßigen Abständen gedropt und auf diese Weise nun nachhaltig visualisiert hat. Das Erstaunliche an diesen Bildern ist, dass sie jeweils mit einem iPhone aufgenommen und später mit unterschiedlichen Photo-Apps nachbearbeitet wurden, was man auf den ersten Blick niemals für möglich gehalten hätte. “To find your courage, you must first find your fears.” – in diesem Sinne:

“Florida based photographer Brandon Kidwell created a series of double exposure portraits representing advice he’s giving his kids over the years. The photos were shot using his iPhone and post-processed using photo apps.”

To find your courage, you must first find your fears.

Sometimes what we fear the most is only something we haven’t grasped an understanding of.

To find truth, sometimes you have to reach into the darkness.

In order to follow your heart, you must first find your mind.

Lost time is never found again.

Being free means having the courage to let go.
