Schöne Neuinterpretation eines Fotos von Andy Warhol aus der “Lost Warhols”-Fotoserie von Karen Bystedt, welche in 2013 erschienen ist. Nick Flatt heißt der Künstler, der dieses fotorealistische Porträt zusammen mit seinem Partner Cryptik, der für die kalligrafischen Styles dieses Murals zuständig war, für Branded Arts in den Straßen von Los Angeles an die Wand gebracht hat. “Cryptik and Nick Flatt just finished working on this Andy Warhol commemoration mural for Branded Arts on the streets of Los Angeles, USA. Based on a picture by Karen Bystedt, the photographer of the “Lost Warhols” photo series that debuted in 2013, Nick Flatt painted one of his photorealistic portrait against a beautiful calligraphy-based background by Cryptik.”
