NEW YASIIN BEY, was auch heisst, NEW MOS DEF, oder heute eben NEW A TRIBE CALLED RED, hier ist das Video zu “R.E.D.”. Auf dieser Nummer ist übrigens nicht nur Mr. Bey gefeatured, MC Narcy ist ebenfalls mit dabei und für die heftigen Drums zeichnet sich die dreiköpfige Drum-Group “Black Bear” aus Quebec verantwortlich. Gedreht wurde das Video in einer Wüste in der Nähe von Kapstadt/Südafrika, das Album “We Are the Halluci Nation” kommt am 16. September. Sehr erfrischend, mal wieder etwas von Mos Def zu hören, ich bin gespannt auf’s Album.

The album is led by the track “R.E.D.,” which features Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), Canadian-Iraqi MC Narcy, and Black Bear (a drum group from the Manawan Atikamekw Nation in Quebec).
